Ohio. - Binghamton women's soccer (4-1-1) defeated Virginia Military
Institute (0-3) 3-0 in the first of two games at the Youngstown
State on Friday evening at Stambaugh Stadium. "We did not look good in the first half, we played better in the second half," head coach Jeff Leightman said. "Virginia Military Institute came out hard. It took some adjustment to overcome their intensity." Junior

of the Week, made three saves, she combined with classmate keeper
