The Binghamton wrestling team lost to Army in a dual meet 30-11 at East Gym on Tuesday night. The Bearcats got three individual wins in the first seven matches of the evening but the Black Knights got three pins in a stretch of five matches to lock up the win.

"I thought our performance was better than it was on Sunday (against Buffalo)," head coach Mike Fusilli said. "Our intensity was a lot higher but those three pins hurt us."

Winning for Binghamton was freshman Kyle Willard (Bennington, Vt./ Mt. Anthony Union) at 125, sophomore Josh Ruff (Bainbridge, N.Y./ Bainbridge-Guilford) at 141 and senior Joe Privitere (Johnson City, N.Y.) at 157.

"Joe has had two very good matches since returning (from an injury)," Fusilli said. "He defeated two very good opponents this week. ( Jeremy Connor of Army) defeated Beau Bruno twice last season."
