For Immediate Release: February 19, 2004 Contact: David Berman (berman@binghamton.edu) Phone: 607-777-2956 Season opener with Lehigh postponed VESTAL, N.Y.--The women's lacrosse season opener, scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m. against Lehigh, has been postponed. The game, which would have been played at Binghamton East Middle school, has not yet been rescheduled. A large amount of ice on the field prevented the field from being plowed, forcing the cancellation. If the game is not rescheduled before then, the team will open the season on March 6 with a noon contest at Columbia.
