For Immediate Release: March 4, 2006 Contact: David O'Brian (dobrian@binghamton.edu) Phone: 607-777-6478 Binghamton softball drops pair of games at ECU/Hampton Inn Pirate Clash Game 1 Box Game 2 Box GREENVILLE, N.C. -- The Binghamton softball team (1-3) ran up against some stiff competition in the second day of the East Carolina/Hampton Inn Pirate Clash. The Bearcats fell in the opening game 7-2 to Longwood and 15-0 to the host Pirates in the second game. The Bearcats begin single elimination play in the final day of the tournament on Sunday at 9 a.m. against St. Francis.
