Binghamton men's tennis posts 7-0 wins over Luther and Carleton

HILTON HEAD, S.C. - The Binghamton men's tennis team (13-5) posted back-to-back 7-0 wins over Division III schools Luther College (Iowa) and Carleton College (Minn.) Wednesday at the Hilton Head Tennis Resort in Hilton Head, S.C. The Bearcats didn't drop a set on the day, raising their spring break record to 4-0. Binghamton has won seven of its last nine matches.

"We're playing well but haven't really been tested yet (in Hilton Head)," head coach Michael Starke said. "But tomorrow we will be tested against a very good Division I program in College of Charleston."

The match against the Cougars - BU's final contest of the trip - is slated for 1 p.m. on Thursday.
