| Bearcats fall to Albany 1-0 |

Albany, N.Y. - Greg Chevalier converted a penalty kick in the second half, leading Albany to a 1-0 victory over Binghamton in an America East Conference men's soccer game on Wednesday afternoon at Albany. Chevalier,
a senior defender, placed the penalty shot into the upper right
corner at 56:05 for his sixth goal of the season. His attempt
came after teammate Ashtian Holmes was fouled in the scoring
box by Binghamton junior Binghamton
had an opportunity to tie the contest in the final minutes, but
freshman defender Graham Munro's scissors kick from the
18-yard line was corralled just below the crossbar by goaltender
Bouna Coundol with 3:18 "I am very disappointed with our effort today," Binghamton head coach Paul Marco said. "We had our chances in the last 15 minutes but the rest of the game, we did not play well at all." Binghamton hosts Vermont on Saturday at 1 p.m.
