Immediate Release: February 14, 2006 Box Score Senior forward Sebastian Hermenier (Rockville, Md.) led four players in double figures with a game-high 21 points. Hermenier hit 5-of-6 from the floor and 10-of-11 from the free throw line. As a team, BU converted 19-of-25 foul shots. Senior captain Andre Heard (Oklahoma City, Okla.) scored 14 points with three steals, sophomore point guard Mike Gordon (Plainfield, N.J.) collected 12 points and seven assists and junior guard Steve Proctor (Largo, Md.) added a season-high 12 points in 22 minutes. "Everybody played very hard defensively, we took care of the basketball and put 74 points up against one of best defensive teams in the nation," head coach Al Walker said. "We're playing good basketball right now." Sophomore center Giovanni Olomo (Yaounde, Cameroon) scored a career-high eight points - six in the decisive first half. The Bearcats shot 54% in the first half and held the Terriers scoreless for 6:51 during a 14-0 run that established a double-digit cushion. Boston was led by senior forward Kevin Gardner, who tallied 12 points.
